  • Introduction and application of widely used coaching models

  • RWA Approved Coaching Model

    • LEAP model

    • Planning Model

  •  Applying LEAP model to business scenarios:

  •  Exploring real-life business scenarios and practicing LEAP

  • Application of LEAP model when combined with mentoring/consulting/ specialist support.
