It started with us.
“Hi, I’m Emma! I founded Real World Consultancy in 2018 to help small businesses overcome barriers to growth, and then set up Real World Academy in 2023 to shape the next generation of business coaches.
As a business coach with personal experience in building a coaching company, I discovered that there were no qualifications tailored specifically to small business coaching that fully aligned with real-world needs. It became evident that a blended approach, integrating coaching with facilitation and room for mentoring, proved to be highly effective for small businesses. When complemented by diagnostic tools and a robust framework designed for small business needs, this approach consistently yielded outstanding results. So it seemed only fair to share it.
